Tenant to tenant migration - where are forms?

Hi,

after tenant migration users lost their forms that they had created in the old tenant. Is there a possibility to get those forms back to new tenant, and how?

If the form itself is not possible to be recovered, the answers of the forms are more important.

The forms were not connected to any lists and the answers were only saved to the form itself.

There's no functionality to get those forms back to new tenant, including answers of the forms.

We suggest you select Open in Excel on the Responses tab to get all responses result in an offline workbook before migration.

You have 2 choices (Manual / Automated using third part apps).

Manual - Open the Form which you need to migrate, Settings > Collaborate and get link. In a new browser window, Sign in to the target tenant, paste the Form link you have copied and duplicate it. This will create a Form in target tenant. Responses need to be exported from Source manually. Repeat this step for each form.

Automated - Use third party apps to move all the Forms along with the responses in a single shot.
