Windows 10/11 doesn't lock from inactivity after trying Dynamic lock

I tried Dynamic lock but it wasn't reliable enough. When I turned off Dynamic lock my PC no longer automatically locks after inactivity nor does it go to sleep.

My power settings are set to turn off the screen after 5 minutes / 30 minutes. Screen Saver Settings is set to wait 5 minutes and the "On resume, display logon screen".

Any suggestions for what to check?

Thanks in advance!

Normally you will observing this behavior if there is a need for update on your device like a firmware or driver. Try visit your device's manufacturer website and download and install updates for all drivers.
