Ms Teams add member

I Have tis error when i tried to integrate MS Teams with xMatters , this error came back when i create channel and try to add some people in it

How do you add members to a team? In Teams client or something else?

Does this problem exist all the time or happen after the integration between Microsoft Teams and xMatters?

i create channel and add member using flow designer in xmatters i use some steps already supported from xmatters to serve this need or to automate the process through this integration , i think all steps depend on APIs used and the permissions give to Graph API or through it.
