Hi All

I have two questions, Please guide me.

  1. I have retention tag for all the default folders in outlook for one year. user cannot change the retention tag for the default folders. for the user created folders in outlook we have retention tags i.e 2 years, 3 years and user can select from the retention tags. Do My Tasks come under default folder and can user move these My Tasks to user created folders where user can select from the available retention tags.

Do Archive Folder come under default folder?

    1- Do My Tasks come under default folder and can user move these My Tasks to user created folders where user can select from the available retention tags.

    Yes, you could move your tasks to other folder to select other tags.
