Hey,
You need to have iSCSI boot-capable NIC to boot of an iSCSI Target. As an example, here is the list iSCSI boot capable Intel NICs:

Thanks, I do have a Intel iSCSI NIc how we flashing the rom on a UEFI Bios without legacy is proving to be difficult.
I am unable to use any 3rd party tools.
