How do I create a diskless Windows 10 Pc booting from an iscsi?

I have a few questions as this is new to me.

How do I create/configure windows server 2019 (iSCSI) or PXE so it can have a master image and boot a diskless Windows 10?

Do I need a specific iSCSI NIC on the client to be able to boot Windows 10?

Hey,

You need to have iSCSI boot-capable NIC to boot of an iSCSI Target. As an example, here is the list iSCSI boot capable Intel NICs:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000007210/network-and-i-o/ethernet-products.html

Might help be helpful: https://docs.mellanox.com/m/view-rendered-page.action?abstractPageId=12002652

You can you StarWind VSAN free as an iSCSI target to boot from:
