How to get audio conferencing licenses free for 12 months as we have assigned E3 + E5 security add on to all our users?

Hi @VinodSurvase-1595 ,

I've checked the Licenses and found that the Security E3&E5 are not including the Audio conferencing service:

Oh you may mean this:

You can login to your Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Show all > Billing > Purchase Services.

Thanks @ZhengqiLou-MSFT , Is it free for 12 months or not as I had raised ticket to MS support and they said you can get free licenses update 300 users only not more than that is that true or there is different process for the same?

Hello @VinodSurvase-1595 ,

Yes it's free for one year:

If you're a small or medium-sized business with up to 300 users and you currently don’t have any Audio Conferencing licenses, you can get Audio Conferencing free for one year. This free offer is available starting October 1, 2020.

But after that you may have to buy this service.

Thanks for you reply, @ZhengqiLou-MSFT , We have around 800 users so how to get that for all users or at least 600 users should be fine.
