Need to modify Azure AD Graph API Permissions for new integration setup

Hi there,
We have an integration between our app and MS office 365 which requires adding Azure AD Graph to API permissions (and check the box next to Directory.ReadWrite.All under directory, in 'Application Permissions') in the setup.
Since currently the 'Azure AD Graph' option is greyed out when creating a new API Permission, our users cannot set up new integrations with MS Office. Existing integrations are not affected.
Is there any workaround available for these users, before we update to the new API?
