Under Conditional Access | Policies, "New Policy" is grayed out

In Azure under Conditional Access | Policies, "New Policy" is grayed out. Within AAD I am a Global Administrator. How do I create a new policy?

Hello @FrankSchroer-2455

Could you please confirm if you have assigned the Global Admin user account with any Azure AD Premium license? In order to create new Conditional Access policies, at least Azure AD Premium P1 license is required. If you have Microsoft 365 Business Premium or Azure AD Premium P2 Licenses, you can use Conditional Access.

If you haven't already exhausted the trial, you may consider activating Azure AD Premium P2 or EMS license E5 trials and test this feature as well.

This information is documented here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/conditional-access/overview#license-requirements
