Win10Pro in Server 2008R2 Domain, failed Desktop Folder Redirection

I am replacing an old Win7Pro PC with new Win10Pro PC in a Server 2008 R2 domain, and the folder redirection is not working. When logging in to the PC, instead of redirecting the folder, it tries to create the redirected folder. I've googled for days, and found many references to it, but nothing worked. Please help.

I used to get Event 502 error for each redirected folders, but after changing the ownership of the folders from Administrators to "njackson", it redirected all the folders except for the Desktop:

Event 502 Folder Redirection

Failed to apply policy and redirect folder "Desktop" to "\\SERVER1\RedirectedFolders\njackson\Desktop".
Redirection options=0x80009231.
The following error occurred: "Can't create folder "\\SERVER1\RedirectedFolders\njackson\Desktop"".
Error details: "This security ID may not be assigned as the owner of this object.".

Event 1085 GroupPolicy (Microsoft-Windows-GroupPolicy)

Windows failed to apply the Folder Redirection settings. Folder Redirection settings might have its own log file. Please click on the "More information" link.
