Merge microsoft certificate profile

Hello there
This is Yan Naing Oo, I did my Microsoft exam MS-MCPD(Enterprise Application Developer) Completed back in 2007. 
My MCP ID was 5436995 . But then I could not able to see the mcp website for checking certificate. Can you please suggest how could I retrieve it? 

Just recent I took DA-100: Analyzing Data with Microsoft Power BI. and there has another MCID: 992181369. So how could i able to merge together all my certificates?
Please kindly advise, thank you.
