Windows Search Edit not reponse

Our customer found that Windows Search Edit at taskbar may not response. (fail rate <1%)
When the issue occurs, it could be fixed by run "msdt.exe -ep WindowsHelp id SearchDiagnostic".
However, how to fix it completely? (From image deployment).

OS : Windwos IoT Enterprise 20H2 build 19042.631/19042.662
Hardware : Intel i5-10500/i7-10700
