Azure not allowing to upgrade the kubernetes cluster and unable to add new node pool.

Hi,

From your description, I know our issue is that Azure not allowing to upgrade the kubernetes cluster. As this is SCVMM support, we are not familiar with this, we suggest to contact Azure support in the following link:
