MS vive app issues

I have followed below blog to set up viva connections and it is finished, so while I was publishing it gave pop window saying it takes 24 hours to see this viva pop up for end users.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/SharePoint/guide-to-setting-up-viva-connections
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/SharePoint/add-viva-connections-app

so will check tomorrow whether it be visible for users or not.

and my quires are:
1. Do we have any other way to make it publish it promptly instead of 24 hours?
2. and since I have not given any SharePoint URL as per the above steps, how does this vive app takes/shows SharePoint intranet from teams app desktop bar? Just curios..
3. What kind of access is needed to create this in Production teams admin center? ( I have done it in test tenant with global admin access, but in production I will not get global admin access ) what access I should have in office 365 admin, is teams admin enough?

  1. Instead of using built-in integrated viva connection app, you could create a viva connections app package in PowerShell, this is effective immediately.

  2. By default, viva connection app will redirect users directly to the SharePoint home page. Go to SharePoint admin center -> Settings -> Home site to check your home site.

  3. At least, you should be SharePoint Administrator and Teams Administrator.

  1. I also suggest you use built-in integrated viva connection app.

  2. Go to SharePoint admin center -> Settings -> Home site to check your home site.

HI Emily Du,

I followed first 5 steps to get the MS viva default app and applied all things after clicking on customize, but 24 hours over I am not seeing viva icon, am i missing something ?

since it did not work I have implemented next 2 steps also , which are adding the app under pins and installed apps in the set up policy area but still app is not coming up in the teams app.

FYI: I can see the app under managed apps under teams admin center with allowed status.

please help why we are not able to see viva app even after followed every thing correctly from below blog.
I have attached app details
