Suitable ETL for PoweBI

We have a multi tenant data analytics web app, and currently we are using Power BI for displaying a dashboard unique to each tenant. We are planning to scale up the said dashboard, such that the end user can select from a dataset having 500,000+ rows, which are updated daily. Can somebody suggest a good way to implement the ETL and a suitable option for storage.
