Migrate exchange on-prem to office 365.

Hello everyone,
soon I will have to migrate an on-prem exchange to office 365, I still do not know the details of the version currently installed but I think it is a 2007/2010, could you tell me which is the minimum exchange version to be able to migrate to office 365 without any particular complications or third party tools?
Thanks

Hi @LucaMalatesta-1615,
Welcome to Q&A forum!
I will remove the tag office-online-server-exchange that focuses on general issues about integrating Office Online Server with Exchange Server, and add tag office-exchange-hybrid-itpro for you.
Besides, I noticed that you posted 2 identical threads, I will redirect "Migtrate from Exchange on-prem to Office-365" to this thread.
Thanks for your understanding.

Configuring hybrid deployment and moving mailboxes will work as expected, but Microsoft suggests keep one Exchange server for user management.

And If you want to go with a third-party tool, you can check EDB to PST Converter tool.

Here are detailed information about it: Decide on a migration path in Exchange Online. If decided by the number of mailboxes and how long you want to take to migrate:

You could check the version of your Exchange server from Control Panel. You can also compare the build number with this article.
