Microsoft Teams in Citrix VDI.

I have a case where use all best practices that Microsoft deliver in Microsoft Learn for use Teams in Citrix VDI, but we have many issues with performance in meetings, for example theirs devices how cameras and microphones will disconnect or it's black the image. Currently we have in the VM the version the Office 2019 VL for use Teams, because of issues with authentication WAM and they are use Teams compatibility mode Windows 7. The Support Team give ours information about a issue in Windows Server 2019 for authentication WAM and this reason because of they use Teams with compatibility mode Windows 7.

Have you any idea for how optimize the performance and if this recommendations for support is the best practices for use Teams in Citrix VDI?

The Support Team give ours information about a issue in Windows Server 2019 for authentication WAM and this reason because of they use Teams with compatibility mode Windows 7.

It seems that the performance problem is caused by the compatibility. If possible, please try to set Teams to Windows 8 compatibility. The following is the steps:

Click on "Start" Menu

Scroll to Microsoft Teams

Right click and move cursor over "more" select "open file location"

Right click the Microsoft Teams shortcut

Select Properties

Select Compatibility tab

Select the box to activate "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" under Compatibility mode.

Select "Windows 8"

Click "OK"

Startup Microsoft Teams

Have you any idea for how optimize the performance and if this recommendations for support is the best practices for use Teams in Citrix VDI?
