Different email on login and certification profile

Hi, I logged in with my Hotmail account and when I open my certification profile it shows my Gmail account saying you are logged in with you Gmail account. Yesterday it is showing Hotmail account in the certification profile at that time I also logged in with my Hotmail account but now it is showing my Gmail account. Any way to solve this?
