can Grant SCCM Server Permissions on Container after sccm installation

Hello,

can it possible that to grant SCCM Server Permissions on container ( System Management ) or delegate control sccm server after installation of sccm.
what would be issues occured if do so.
I know it not recommended process.

Yes you can do that. And no the order doesn't matter per se.
