We are using azure webhook events (push & pull) and 1 of the fields we care about is the project 'visibility' field which state if the project is 'public' or 'private'. Instead, this field is always returned with 'unchanged' status.

@NimrodGolan-1187 Can you confirm which azure service do you mean by azure webhook? Do you Webhooks for Azure Alerts?
It's regarding azure devops where one can manages his source code. for each project there is an option to set a webhook service to some events triggered by.
