Unable to schedule an appointment for the Microsoft Certificatioin

After claiming the discount when I click on schedule button it gives me the below error.


50056: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.

There seem to be some bigger issues today for scheduling Microsoft exams as many have reported about the same issue, please note that Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products.
