Problem with scheduling my Azure certification test

I had scheduled my test online and due to some emergency I had missed to take the exam. Now that I am trying to schedule for a new appointment, I am receiving below error. Please suggest me how to schedule a missed exam.

Hi @rakeshcheenuri-8767,

There seem to be some bigger issues today for scheduling Microsoft exams as many have reported about the same issue, please note that Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products.

You can ask the experts in the dedicated Microsoft Certification - Exams - Exam Registration and Scheduling forum over here:
