Incessant DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION error after multiple fresh installs

Hi, so I’m having this BSOD error for quite some time now…
Tried everything I know from fresh drivers to fresh install of windows
I was convinced it was an overclocking issue but after going down to stock clocks and voltage the error still persists. It seems random as well, sometimes when I game, other times when I’m surfing the web - the sound starts looping or slowing down and the whole machine freezes.
I have tried multiple fixes online but to no avail.
Im at a loss and currently thinking of selling this pc for parts…
Please help :(

Download to the desktop replacement drivers for each:

    netr28ux.sys
    a6210.sys

Disconnect the computer from the Internet: (both Wifi and Ethernet)

    Reinstall both drivers.

    Reconnect the Internet.

If BSOD continue see if you can swap test or find alternative hardware.

And open a thread in the component manufacturer's forum.

    Also run administrative command prompt:
    sfc /scannow
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
