Error 0x0000007c connecting to to a shared printer on Server 2019

For about two years I have been using my windows 2019 server to connect to a shared printer on a windows 10 machine (There is an app that only runs on server that I need to print labels from) but for about two weeks I can no longer connect to this specific printer and I get an error that windows cannot connect to it but other devices/workstations can connect to the printer just fine. I also have 3 other shared printers and they are working just fine. Other printers connect to the server as you can see below it is just this one for some reason.

I have read some people giving solutions one of them involves deleting the contents of this folder C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3 but this folder seems to contain drivers for my other shared printers so I was hesitant to do that before I asked the question.

I have updated the server, and the windows 10 machines rebooted both I did not see anything in the firewall that would prevent this. Does anyone have any suggestions, please...

I am guessing Microsoft does not care... if Customers have this problem

Tt has been almost 30 days since I originally posted this problem here and I continue to update my server 2019 and windows 10 machines with every patch and update that I can find and as of about 10 min ago I am still getting the SAME error with no explanation

    ANYONE have any ideas?

    thank

Now I never recommend installing a preview of anything especially on a server but for me it was important and the reward outweighed the risk
