Issue with MS Teams breakout-rooms

In our company we orgnanized a teams meeting with approx. 180 attendees. For our breakout-room session, I created the breakout-rooms automatically, which led to a total of approx. 35 rooms. Unfortunately, when opening the rooms, a 1/3 of the attendees were not automatically transferred to one of the breakout-rooms, even though each of the attendees was assigned to a specific breakout-room.
This happened 2x in a row in the same meeting.
I, as an organizer, was connected via LAN and had good bandwidth.
Anyone knows a solution or the cause to this issue? Thank you!

Some of the meeting participants were not moved to the right breakout rooms when they are in the following situations:

Participants who joined from unsupported devices, like desktop phones/PSTN/CVI.
Participants who joined with the Call me back option.
Participants that are not currently in the meeting.
Participants that are using an older versions of Teams.

So, please check these and if you are not in the case, I want to confirm more questions with you:

Do you try this in other meetings and what is the result?
Is there any related error message during the process?
If majority of meetings are in troubles, you could contact IT admin to check if there is any Microsoft Teams relate-advisory of Service health in Microsoft 365 admin center > Health: Service health.

I had this same problem. Is there a work around for participants who join with the Call me back option?

@SharonZhao-MSFT thanks for your advice. Unfortunately, it seems that the problem was affected from another issue. It is very likely, that attendees could not be moved because of insufficient bandwidth of the organizer's LAN.
