Jag har fyra skrivare på mitt nätverk(2 HP och 2 Brothers). Kan skriva ut Word- och Exceldokument men inte JPG-filer får felkod "Din skrivare har ett oväntat konfigurationsproblem 0*8007007e. Det går att skriva ut från annan dator och från mobiltelefon. Har alltid tidigare fungerat men efter en uppdatering av Windows 10 för några dagarsedan så slutade det med att JPG-filer inte gick att skriva ut.

    0.can you enter winver in command prompt on issue win10 computer and normal win10 computer then look the os version and os version number ?[for example windows 10 enterprise 1809 (os build 17763.316)]

    1.how many computers have the same issue ?is there normal computer which has been connected with 4 printers?
    if we enter get-hotfix in powershell on both normal win10 computer and issue win10 computer respectively,is there any difference between normal win10 computer and issue win10?can you find which update patch cause our issue ?

    2.what's the issue printers model ?
    if we uninstall the old issue printer driver and printer software then reinstall the latest printer driver ,will the same issue happen ?

    3.which method does this user's client computer(win7,win10) connect to printer ?（by using usb cable ,by using wired/wireless network ,by using shared printer server )

    4.if we change other picture software to print,will the same "can't print picture " issue happen ?
    5.if we use picture software to print to microsoft print to pdf ,will the same "can't print picture " issue happen ?
