Disk is taking 100% utilization Windows 10

Question

Hi,

One of the Windows 10 installed laptop disk is utilizing 100% disk.

I performed the below in elevated command prompt
chkdsk /r
sfc /scannow
defrag C: /O

But still utilization of Disk is 100%. Please let me know how to find what causes 100% disk utilization

Use the Windows Resource Monitor to analyze the processes that are accessing the disk and the files that have activity.

I was able to remedy the 100% disk usage yesterday.
I uninstalled skype.

I had done some other things Kapil had mentioned, but after uninstalling skype, the usage dropped significantly and the computer was a lot snappier.

If you have multiple users, I would recommend having all user uninstall skype.
It worked for the machine I was having issues with, and hope you will find a remedy for yours as well.
