I successfully created the ipa file but receive a message Publishing Failed - Unable to validate archive.
There is no additional information and I am unable to determine what is the problem.

@ BruceKrueger-2659 May I know whether your issue has been solved or not? If not, please share it in here. We can work together to figure it out.
I was not able to solve this problem using Visual Study to upload to Apple Connect.
However I was able to use Transporter to upload the same file sucessfully.

There are many reasons for this error——"Unable to validate archive", such as missing APP icon, incorrect profile, doesn't increase the Build Version in info.plist, you could follow the instructions given in these docs to upload your iOS app to App Store from VS 2019.

If you have archived the ipa, you could also upload it to AppStore by Apple Transporter, you will get the detail error mesages.
