I have been unable to add a shared printer after the November update

Cannot add shared printer after upgrading KB5006670, now version KB5007168 still cannot add HP's shared printer，149653-image.png

Windows cannot connect to the printer. Please check the printer name and try again. If this is a network printer, please make sure that the printer is turned on and the address is correct.


I have searched for many methods on the Internet, but I can’t solve it.
