Currently there's no official information if the Intel i7-7700HQ will be officially supported in the future.
It should be possible to install Windows 11 even though the PC Health Check says it's unsupported, however there are no guarantees that things will work properly.

Hi Leon, what is the reason to do not supporting the processor? my laptop has that processor I really want to update it but I don't wanna "hack" the installatin.
Microsoft is incredibly not user-friendly in terms of the Windows system updates. X does not support Y and will only be supported in Z etc. How can an i7-7700HQ computer not be supported in Windows 11? It will cost a lot in 2017/2018 for a laptop with such a CPU...... I can never imagine an iPhone X (released in 2017) being kicked out in the latest ios updates... Windows is a dead system...
