Printer export

Hi All,

I am about to embark on a printer migration for our clients in Russia.

I need to export around 20 printers but need to set up some testing first and wondered what would happen to the original printers in I used the "export printers to a file" on the legacy server and imported them to a new server?

Would the printers still remain on the old legacy server?

Regards.

Hi there,

The printers remains in the legacy servers and you need to manually remove them. There are also some tools which might help you in getting this quicker

The process of migrating the printers over is usually no more than 30 seconds a queue and it’ll keep going one by one until they are all copied over and ready for use
