Generate a report of all files in a SharePoint site collection by type and file size

Hi All, I'm positive this has been asked before but I'm trying to locate a way to list all files in a SharePoint site collection by file size and type. I can gather based on some searching that the best way to get this data will be via a PowerShell script but unfortunately I am very much a PowerShell amateur and I am really struggling. The OOB site storage metrics feature and the library file plan report are a tad rudimentary so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, @JulieWang-MSFT . But Get-SPSite is for SharePointServer, right?
How do we leverage your coding for SPO with MFA?
