Is it possible to monitor for the event of wipe on a device, perhaps in the Event Grid?

I want to be able to track for such events to and then trigger some sort of function in order to delete that device from AD/AAD.

@Andrzej Wójtowicz Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

Currently, when we want to monitor a Wipe action, we can check the information in Tenant administration > Audit logs. And if the end user initiated the action, we can see it under Devices > Monitor > Device actions.

Hope it is the information you need.

Is it possible to access those logs via event grid to trigged workflow automatically?
