In our official article, it identifies the following devices as corporate-owned devices. And we also can manually enter corporate identifiers.

For iOS device, we usually use ADE enrollment method to make the ownership show corporate.

For Android device, we usually use COSU, COBO or COPE enrollment method to make the ownership show corporate.
