How to deploy Printers In A Network Without Administration previledges

Hello. I'm a network helpdesk and with very restricted access to administration. I absolutely can't do anything about it. And my administrator is asking me to do something about USB printers that are getting connected to new PCs in the network. Now I can't deploy the Drivers with Group Policy and Print Server because administration is against it. what can I do about this and I need help badly. So far what I've done is exporting printer settings and manually which does not work because PCs previously had Windows 8.1 on them that had to be changed into Windows 10. and I have tried installing drivers on the Image of the Windows 10 that I use to install on Devices. This also did not work and I don't know why. I can see installed drivers in the administrative tools of control panel. But When I start a new PC I have to Install the driver again anyway. It cannot recognize the driver. Please help me, I really don't know what to do and my hands are closed in this matter. I can only use client to client sort of services.

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

This Problem is with Printer drivers that cannot be used in other PCs easily.

Hi there,

Try adding the domain profile to the administrator's group on the local Windows machine, and then try to add the network printer again.

You can also try creating a new (or edit an existing) GPO object (policy) and link it to the OU (AD container), which contains the computers on which is necessary to allow users to install printer drivers. You can implement the same settings on a standalone (non-domain) computer using the Local Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc).

Expand the following branch in the Group Policy editor: Computer Configuration > Policies > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options. Find the policy Devices: Prevent users from installing printer drivers.

Set the policy value to Disable.
