Just looking for help to restart MS exchange online.
Made a new database and its asking me, restart this service; "Microsoft exchange information store"
Can someone please help.

As mentioned in the link shared by Andy, you can restart the service by going to Services, right click on "Microsoft exchange information store" and choose Restart:
An alternative is to open Exchange Powershell as an administrator, then run the command below:
Restart-Service MSExchangeIS

This looks like an issue with Office 365 where Microsoft support can only fix. However, wait for sometime and see if you still gets the same message. If it is impacting any of your usage to the services, contact Microsoft support immediately. An Office 365 user can't restart the "Microsoft exchange information store" in my awareness
