HI,

I remove the photo on my profile. I double click the "photo" to check . confirm it is deleted to show empty(default).

Problem is that on my PC the photo show A. I send mail to other mailbox. My head photos will displayed B.

I setup A as first head photo and then changed to B. At last I delete the head photo as empty.

How can I refresh my head photos displayed as a empty. (not show photo)

Brgds

So say you were going to remove the Amazon Product photogrpaphy from your outlook account. I would highly recommend going to settings or clicking on your photo. An alternative way is to go to your microsoft account online and remove it from there. Hope this helps!

Information about your photo is stored on the backend and in the address book, thus it might take some time before the changes are applied. Give it a day, see what happens. Verifying via OWA should be faster.

What email account are you using? Outlook.com email account or Exchange account?

As I know, for Exchange email accounts, we could also remove your head photos via Remove-UserPhoto. If needed, you could try to run this cmdlet to confirm you have already successfully removed your head photos.

I did some research about refresh head photos but have not found any useful workarounds. As michev mentioned above, it might take some time before the changes are applied, please check it after a while.

    Thanks!

I confirm it is clean up in OWA.
Also I performed Remove - UserPhoto cmdlet.

I checked from all clients, The photo is cleanup. only on that PC.

I will leave it alone and see it going.

    Cheers!
