The Kudu site for all of my resources is unavailable, is Kudu down?

The same thing is occurring to all of our app services in West US 2. Kudo SCM subsite is not resolving. This is also affecting our DevOps pipeline deploying to these app services.
Most if not all of our assets are in US-Central and it is impacting us in the same manner.
Seems like it is back up today...

An issue was identified and it is mitigated now. To benefit the community, posting the summary of the impact. Also, it's been posted to the Service Health Dashboard & Management Portal.
SUMMARY OF IMPACT: Between approximately 21:00 on 09 Dec 2021 and 00:23 UTC on 10 Dec 2021, a subset of customers using App Service and/or Azure Functions may have encountered issues connecting to or updating their SCM deployments.
App Service resources utilizing other deployment methods were not affected. Standard App Service control plane operations and runtime were not impacted.
PRELIMINARY ROOT CAUSE: A recent configuration change affected the name resolution for App Services SCM service which resulted in some of our customers not being able to connect to the SCM endpoints of the service.
MITIGATION: We removed the faulty network configuration.
NEXT STEPS: We will continue to investigate to establish a full root cause and prevent future occurrences.
