How can I find policies applied to specific users on intune rather than devices?

It is easy to see what policies are applied to devices but how can I find what policies will be applied to the user when the log in? For devices, you would go to the device and select compliance or configuration profile to see applied policies. Is there something similar for users so I can know what will be applied before they log in? I know I can go through the policies 1 by 1 to see if the user is on that but is there an easier/quicker way?

For user the easiest way is just by using the Troubleshooting + support -> Troubleshoot tab and select the user.

Once you have selected the users, you can change what type of assignment you want to look at under the Assignment drop down menu, change it to apps, compliance policies, configuration policies etc.

@LandonTran-1661 Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For this issue, I agree with TimmyAndersson. If the policies are deployed to user groups, we will see the policies under Troubleshooting + support > Troubleshoot when we select the target user.
