outlook rules not working

Hi All

few of the outlook rules are not working for one of my user, the user uses MAC. experts guide me as i dont have knowledge on MAC, is there any way to reset outlook rules in mac as the way we do in windows by using outlook.exe /cleanrules. the rules have been deleted and recreated but still the same issue.

The user uses the below couple of similar rules as below

If the message:
the message includes specific words in the subject 'test'
forward the message to '123456789@extdomain.com'
and stop processing more rules on this message

    According to your information above, it may caused by some rules created in Outlook for Mac are not saved on the Exchange server.

    You could try using below command to check whether the rule is saved successfully

    Get-InboxRule -Mailbox Joe@Contoso.com | fl
    

    In addition, as the reply above, try using OWA to check the rule, remove and re-create it again to verify the result.
