We have an external web based HR system and Im trying to work out how to plug their iCal calendar into our Office365 so the list of employess that are on holiday/busy etc can be displayed within Outlook?

I know how to do this on a single user but I want to push this our across the entire Org and I just cant seem to find any documentation on how to do this?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

They're also actively answering in the dedicated Microsfot 365 or Office 365 for Admins forum over here:

Office 365 admin center doesn't have such function. But, you may could try to use EWS service import this calendar to all user mailboxes.

EWS service is related with Exchange development which doesn't supported in this forum. You can confirm from stackoverflow forum or open a ticket to Microsoft, they may could help you complete this operation.

One more thing, from this article, we can know that import calendar is a static copy, if you want to update automatic, you need to using subscribe rather than import.
