Unable to install Edge for Business After Inplace upgrade from 1909 to 20H2

Whether I run the SCCM packaged version or straight from the MSI it fails. When I check the install logs for the SCCM one I get the generic 1603 error.
When I run just the msi I receive a generic Windows installer error: There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the set up did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. I uninstalled anything that I could find that was related to Edge in Programs (x86), Under AppData within my profile and also manually searching the registry. I am trying to avoid reimaging my PC. Has anyone seen this?

Which version of Edge are you trying to install?
Please make sure you have installed all the Windows updates and required patches and test again.
Besides, I found an article about fixing error 1603 when installing Edge, you can try the solutions in it to see if it can fix the issue.
