@jhb-6318 Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

From our yesterday's discussion, it is needed to deploy Trusted certificate successfully first. Based on my understanding, a failed Trusted certificate will affect the SCEP certificate.

As I said yesterday, certificate issue is complex and this error message is not recorded in our official article. So, more logs are needed to get to the root cause. There are some troubleshooting logs in the following article can be a reference.

It is still suggested to open an online support ticket to get more accurate help.
