Happens many times. While browsing web pages suddenly all stops and a note comes up " microsoft not responding" How to rectify this. Very frustrating. Please explain in easy point form as I am 85 yers old and not computer savvy. Thank you very much for your help.

Will the same problem appear in other browsers (such as Chrome)?
When you browse the website, do you open many other applications at the same time? (Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select Task Manager to view the CPU status. What is its usage status?)
