Hi,

I've installed the latest version of the remote desktop client on Windows 10 (version: 10.1.1215.0) and I have 3 issues:

  1. How do I get rid of the magnifying glass and the 3 dots above the session? it's quite annoying.
  2. I don't know if someone can help me with this - The session cannot be recorded with applications like OBS. Selecting "Window capture" and the session gives blank screen.
  3. Is there any way to get a more accurate colors? (I'm connecting 2 Windows 10 machines - one to another). I'm trying to edit videos remotely and there are some serious color banding.

I really like the new client, specially with DPI scaling. Keep up the good work!

    Guess this is the universal Remote Desktop client (Microsoft Store). Hav you tried with the old Use MSTSC that comes with Windows 10? Might perhaps solve your issues.

    The MSTSC doesn't allow DPI Scaling officially. That's why I'm trying the MS store version, since Microsoft didn't update the Windows client for quite a while.

    @Hetz Ben Hamo

    The Microsoft Store App is not supported to connect to Windows Virtual Desktop.

    Please use the MSRDC client for Windows that is mentioned in this link.

    This is the current public version of the MSRDC app for Windows.

    That client is a client that works with remote desktops in the cloud perhaps, and it requires me to subscribe, and I don't have anywhere to subscribe since I'm only trying to connect two Windows 10 machines one to each other through RDP, so that client above is useless for me unfortunately.
