Thanks @GirishVaryani I really appreciate your response I have resolved this problem.
Intune enrollment was not enable and My network was not slow that was causing the issue.
Now it's working fine.

Yes Its is make sure you have login in client machine with Administrator Access and from Azure Side you should be part for Global Administrator access.

Thanks @Dev073 for replying.
Im performing this in my lab environment I have created azure Ad domain and user account and when I trying to join domain its giving error that username not found but Im entering correct credentials.
