Hi,
IT Admin could see every Teams and Channels created from the Teams Admin Center.

Hi HarshvardhanArya-4505,

Only the member of the private team can see it. If the administrator is not the member, he cannot see it in client. But he can manage this team in Microsoft Teams admin center.

Correct,
I've answered only from the Admin point of view.
Admin could "see" Teams and Channels, but they cannot "access" into without Owner invite or without adding themself as owner of the team.
