migrate azure subscription from OLP to CSP

dears,
i want to migrate from azure olp to azure csp and i have checked the support matrix. the limitations is regarding public IPs as they are standard SKus and not basic and can't migrated to the new subscription as per the documentation

it is a huge limitation and might be a blocker for me as my apps are dependent on these IP configurations. can you advise if we have a workaround in here?
source and target subscriptions are wihtin the same region and same tenant

thank you

The standard SKU public IP address resources will need to be redeployed (with new IP addresses issued) on the CSP subscription. There is no alternative to this currently.

There is no workaround for resources that are not supported for subscription moves. These resources cannot move and you cannot delete and recreate public IP address and expect or request to get the same address.

With careful planning you can create new public IP address resources in advance on the CSP subscription and update your systems and DNS records to the new IP address at a time that will be least disruptive to you.

The only alternative is to leave these resources on the current subscription and use two subscriptions - CSP and Open.
