Hello. I was wondering if I could get some help with sharepoint. I am trying to make a form, but am unable to get the input boxes to be displayed. I followed an online template (i.e. hillbilly solution/ hillbilly.js) and they were able to display the textboxes with no problems (https://ibb.co/YPq282k). But I am unable to get mine to show up (https://ibb.co/4YNdtxT). Is there any reason for this or its solution ?
If it helps, I created the form using html and uploaded the html to sharepoint
