Whenever I open my computer, I see my computer is updating and when it reaches 100% and it immediately says

Undoing changes

Also, my computer restarts when I click shut down.

1) Which edition / version of Windows is installed?
Windows 8.1, 10, 11?
2) Please run:
a) setupdiag > post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

3) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
findstr /c:"CONX" C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\Setupactdetails.txt"
PowerShell Compress-Archive "%WinDir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log" "%UserProfile%\Desktop\CBS"
Post images or share links of the commands with results into this thread.
Look for new files on the desktop > ZIP > post share links into this thread

Thanks for your posting on Q&A.
In order to help me research further, please help to provide the windowsupdate.log and CBS.log to get more messages.
We could open the PowerShell as an administrator and print the get-windowsupdatelog command to get the log file.
Note that the log file will be placed into the Desktop and cover your personal information while you provide the log file.
In addition, please refer to the below screenshot to get the CBS.log.
