Viva app users access query

I have configured MS default viva app for my teams. I have below question, please clarify

Viva Provides customized information to the users according to the users permissions set in the Teams Admin Centre, this means users will not see any content they don't already have access to as part of the Teams Admin Center applied to them. Is that correct?

Sorry I am not quite sure what did you mean by Viva Provides customized information to the users according to the users permissions set in the Teams Admin Centre.

Did you mean you have app permission policies to allow/block user access to specific apps (for example viva insights)?
If this is the case, whether the users can access the apps is based on the app permission policy.
If the action is block, the users would not see any content.

so Basically We configure and activate VIVA app from teams admin center. and this will take all details which are configured for users inn Global app permission policy , Am i correct?

I have configured the viva using below link, I am not sure about viva insights.

Yes.
If you have configured viva connections in Teams admin center and didn't block it in teams global app policies, users would be able to search and add this application in their teams later.

Is this VIva I have installed using above link, it is not third part app right?

Hi,
Yes.
You may see that the publisher is Microsoft.
